Entry Requirements

Academic Requirements
In addition to the University’s standard entry requirements, applicants should have:

• Grades CCC at A level, or a minimum of 96 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g. BTEC National, OCR Diploma, Advanced Diploma).

• GCSE English Language and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).

Applicants with relevant prior study may be considered for advanced entry, available only for the September intake. For advice on eligibility, please see our advanced entry information or contact courseenquiries@londonmet.ac.uk.

Please note: Up to nine professional examination exemptions may be available upon successful completion of specified modules. It is the student’s responsibility to complete the required modules; exemptions cannot be guaranteed if the full three-year programme is not undertaken.

English Language Requirements
All applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency. Students requiring a Student visa (formerly Tier 4) may need to provide results from a Secure English Language Test (SELT), such as IELTS Academic, in line with the University’s standard requirements.

For those wishing to strengthen their English skills prior to enrolment, the University offers a Pre-sessional Academic English course, designed to build confidence and help students achieve the required level of proficiency.
