Entry Requirements

Academic Requirements
In addition to the University’s standard entry criteria, applicants should have:

• A minimum of grades CCC at A level, or at least 96 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g., BTEC National, OCR Diploma, Advanced Diploma).

• GCSE English Language and Mathematics at grade C/grade 4 or above (or equivalent).

Applicants with relevant qualifications or prior learning may be considered for advanced entry into the programme, available only for the September intake. For guidance on eligibility, please see our advanced entry information or contact courseenquiries@londonmet.ac.uk.

Please note: Students may be eligible for up to nine professional examination exemptions upon successful completion of specific modules. It is the student’s responsibility to complete the required modules; the University cannot guarantee exemptions if the full three-year programme is not undertaken.

English Language Requirements
All applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English. Students requiring a Student visa (formerly Tier 4) may need to provide results from a Secure English Language Test (SELT), such as IELTS Academic, in line with the University’s standard English language requirements.

For those who wish to enhance their English skills prior to starting the degree, the University offers a Pre-sessional Academic English course, designed to build confidence and achieve the required level of proficiency.
