Academic Entry Requirements
In addition to the University’s standard entry requirements, applicants should have:
A minimum of grades CCC at A level (or at least 96 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification, such as BTEC National, OCR Diploma, or Advanced Diploma).
GCSE English Language and Mathematics at grade C/grade 4 or above (or an equivalent qualification).
Applicants with relevant qualifications or prior learning from a similar course may be considered for advanced entry into the programme. Please note: advanced entry is available only for September intake. For details, refer to our guidance for students applying for advanced entry, or contact courseenquiries@londonmet.ac.uk to discuss your eligibility.
Please be aware that up to nine examination exemptions may be available upon successful completion of corresponding modules. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure the required modules are completed in order to qualify for professional body exemptions (e.g., ACCA). The University cannot be held responsible for exemptions where students have not completed the full three-year degree with us.
English Language Requirements
To study a degree at London Met, applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English. If you require a Student visa (formerly Tier 4), you may need to provide the results of a Secure English Language Test (SELT), such as IELTS Academic. This course requires you to meet the University’s standard English language entry requirements.
If you need (or wish) to improve your English prior to enrolment, the University offers a Pre-sessional Academic English programme designed to help you build confidence and achieve the required proficiency level.
