The MSc Cardiovascular Health and Rehabilitation program is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in cardiovascular health, focusing on rehabilitation and prevention. Multidisciplinary Teaching Team: Delivered by a team of leading-edge academics and national/international leaders in cardiovascular health, including cardiologists, nurses, physiotherapists, exercise scientists, dietitians, nutritionists, surgeons, and public health specialists.
Flexible Learning: Modules are delivered in three-day blocks followed by eight weeks of campus- or home-based learning, allowing students to balance study with personal and work commitments.
Practical Experience: Opportunity for a placement in a cardiac rehabilitation unit at a local hospital, providing hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
Research Project: Students can choose a research project that is individually led, work-related, or as part of a current University research course.
