This programme is for students interested in advanced legal studies, particularly in international/private law, human rights, business/commercial law, and dispute resolution. It combines academic legal theory with practical, employable skills. The aim is to prepare graduates for roles in legal practice, international law, regulatory/compliance work, NGOs, or continuing to research (e.g. PhD).Modules cover topics like international human rights, commercial law/dispute resolution, corporate governance & ethics, and conflicts of law. Also includes research methodology and a dissertation or major project.

Graduates should be able to:
Deeply understand both public and private international law, commercial law, regulatory and ethical issues in law.
Conduct independent legal research and produce high-quality academic work (dissertation or project) in their chosen area.
Apply legal theory in practical contexts, such as through dispute resolution, human rights claims, governance, or corporate regulatory work.
Develop skills valuable to legal employers: analytical thinking, legal writing, negotiation, argumentation, evaluation of law in comparative settings.
