This course examines the legal frameworks governing the digital use of information in a globally connected world. You will explore areas such as:
Non-personal data laws, including confidentiality and database regulations
Cybersecurity and the tort of privacy
Electronic signatures and electronic contracting
Intellectual property, including trademarks and domain names
E-commerce regulation
Audio-visual media services directive
The program highlights the balance between technological advancement and the protection of privacy and informational autonomy across sectors such as finance, commerce, public health, education, and crime prevention.

Entry & Funding Requirements – Digital Law and Information Management
Funding Requirements:
London campuses: Show funds for first-year tuition + £1,334 per month (up to 9 months).
Other campuses: Show funds for first-year tuition + £1,023 per month (up to 9 months).
Self-funded students may use personal or parent/guardian bank statements, letters from banks, or certificates of deposit.
Sponsored students must have official sponsorship from a government, British Council, international organisation/company, or a university/independent school.
Language Requirement:
Minimum IELTS: 6.5 (with 6.0 in each component).
