PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) is designed to support international students in preparing for both the General and Academic Training Modules of the exam. This comprehensive course focuses on developing essential language skills while refining test-taking strategies to help students achieve their target PTE scores.
In addition to exam preparation, the course emphasizes the development of independent learning and research skills, aligning with the academic expectations of tertiary education in Australia. Participants are introduced to the conventions and standards of university-level study, fostering readiness for future academic success.
Each student receives a personalised study plan, tailored to address their specific areas for improvement, ensuring focused progress toward their individual learning goals.
Full-time: Minimum enrolment 4 weeks for a stand-alone course
Timetable: 8.30am to 5.30pm (course is delivered over 2.5 days per week inclusive of self-study, assessment completion and research & revision tasks)

To determine suitability, applicants must either: – Achieve a satisfactory result on the KCBT ELICOS placement test, or – Provide evidence of existing English proficiency through an internationally recognised English test score or completion of a recognised ELICOS level, as assessed and approved by KCBT. |
