Entry Requirements

Academic Qualifications

• Completion of Year 12 or an equivalent qualification.

• Successful completion of the KCBT SIT40516 Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.

Minimum Age
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrolment.

English Language Proficiency
Applicants are required to demonstrate English proficiency with a minimum overall score of IELTS 5.5, PTE 42, or an equivalent internationally recognised test. Alternatively, proficiency may be demonstrated through the KCBT English Placement Test.
