This degree is designed to prepare students for the rapidly expanding tourism and hospitality sector. It gives both strategic & operational knowledge to manage businesses like hotels, resorts, events, travel operations, etc. The program emphasizes global issues, sustainability, crisis management, marketing, finance, operations, and leadership, along with transferable skills (communication, teamwork, problem solving).

By end of this course, students will be able to:
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of theoretical, analytical, and practical aspects of tourism & hospitality sectors in changing environments.
Critically assess strategies for managing tourism & hospitality operations, including crisis management, sustainable practices, and global challenges.
Apply marketing, financial, HR, and operational concepts to develop effective management solutions.
Undertake research, analyse data, and present findings in tourism/hospitality contexts.
Work effectively in teams, communicate well (written, oral, visual), lead projects, solve problems.
