A candidate is eligible for preliminary enrollment and registration in the Ph.D. program at IOF if they have achieved at least a second division in their Master's degree from Tribhuvan University or any other university recognized by TU.
For PhD in Forestry, the candidate must have completed either an MSc in Forestry or an MSc in Natural Resources.
