The BSc (Hons) International Tourism and Hospitality Management (Top-Up) program is designed for students who have completed a relevant Level 5 qualification, such as an HND or Foundation Degree, and wish to 'top-up' to a full honours degree. The course focuses on developing practical skills through a major hands-on project that involves creating a working solution to a particular problem. Students will benefit from Sunderland’s teaching of tourism without leaving their home country, enhancing their skills and building a range of software systems while working towards a BSc Honours degree.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Apply Tourism and Hospitality Management Principles: Utilize advanced management techniques to plan, execute, and evaluate tourism and hospitality operations effectively.
