London Met’s Communications Technology group, a pioneer in the UK, has been accredited by the Cisco Networking Academy since 1998 and delivers leading vocational certifications, including CCNA and CCNP.
Entry Requirements
A lower second-class (2:2) UK degree (or equivalent) in Computer Networking and Cyber Security, Computer Security, Computer Science, Computing, Electronics and Communications, or a related discipline.
Applicants with relevant professional experience will also be considered.
Note: The networking modules are based on the CISCO CCNP curriculum and are practically assessed. Prior knowledge of CISCO CCNA or equivalent experience with CISCO devices is strongly recommended. London Met’s established Cisco Academy can provide guidance on relevant training and certifications.
Language Requirement
IELTS or equivalent SELT required for non-native English speakers.
Pre-sessional Academic English courses are available to build proficiency before starting the degree.
