This program provides a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience where you will design and develop characters and immersive worlds – taking your ideas from concept to finished artwork. Throughout your studies, you will engage in real-world projects that mirror industry workflows. You’ll experience the full animation production pipeline, from storyboarding and concept development to rendering and post-production – empowering you to bring visual stories to life with impact and originality.
To be eligible for entry into this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must be 17 years of age or older at the time of application.
Applicants must satisfy one of the following:
Successful completion of Year 12 in the Australian school system; OR
An equivalent qualification, such as a Senior Secondary Certificate with a pass in General English; OR
A relevant certificate:
Certificate IV (or higher) – for Bachelor-level program applicants
Certificate III (or higher) – for Diploma-level program applicants; OR
Applicants aged 21 years or older may be considered for mature-age entry, subject to additional assessment.
International applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency by meeting one of the following minimum test scores:
IELTS (Academic): Overall score of 6.0, with no band lower than the institution's accepted threshold
TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 73, with a minimum of 18 in Writing
Pearson PTE Academic: Overall score of 50
Cambridge English (CAE - C1 Advanced): Overall score of 169
